It is important to us for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we're here to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

​

Your item must be in the original packaging.

​

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from PHSquash.

​

You are responsible for covering the postage cost of returning to us at:

            PHSquash Returns

            North Shore Squash Club

            Shea Terrace

            Takapuna

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit for the value of the product(s) only- we are unable to refund the original shipping cost charged at purchase.

 

Refunds will arrive to you within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RACKET & OTHER WARRANTY

We believe in the quality of the products that we sell and are committed to replacing rackets that have failed due to manufacturing defects. The following guidelines will help you to determine whether a broken racket justifies returning to us for inspection:

 

Covered by Warranty- (Resulting in Replacement frame returned to you)

  • Single crack on the racket head with no sign of impact damage or excessive wear

  • Break on the racket shaft or handle with no sign of impact damage or excessive wear

  • Collapsed racket head due to string pulling through

 

Not Covered by Warranty- (Broken frame returned to you upon request)

  • Any racket showing clear signs of impact damage, excessive wear or flat spots

  • Multiple cracks on a frame

  • Rackets that have been incorrectly restrung (wrong string pattern or tension). This also includes damage to the inside of the racket head which can be caused by incorrect mounting and use of clamps and tools whilst stringing

  • Usual wear to Grips, Strings, Bumper Strips and Grommet Sets
